On the Workplace Core Plan, you pay for the number of people who have been invited to activate their Workplace profile. You can create an unlimited number of profiles in your Workplace, but they only become billable when a person is invited to activate their profile. Workplace has a subscription-based model, so you can cancel your account at any time by contacting our support team. You'll need to notify us of the cancellation 30 days in advance. Find out more in the Workplace Terms of Service.
