Use an access code to log into your Workplace account
This article covers logging into Workplace with an access code. Find out how else you can log into Workplace.
If you've been given a Workplace access code, you can access your new Workplace account straight away.
Access your Workplace account with an access code
Step 1: Go to Workplace
Go to work.workplace.com/work/accesscode or download the Workplace or Workplace Chat apps from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
Step 2: Create an account with your access code
On the login screen, select Create Account With Your Access Code. If you don't see this, skip to the next step.
Step 3: Enter access code
Enter the 16-character access code you were provided, then select Continue.
Step 4: Create username and password
Enter a unique name and password, then select Create Account.
You can now log into your Workplace with this username and password.
Need a new access code?
If you need a new access code, your Workplace admin will need to provide this to you.
